Vendor Information

Thanks for being a part of this year's Rockton Warrior Races!  Together, we will make this a fantastic event for the hundreds of participants that will be attending ranging in ages from 2-90.  Please see below for special instructions regarding booth set-up and parking along with our official Rules and Regulations.

 

* Vendor parking will be specially designated within the Hononegah Forest Preserve and located close to the start/finish area. Click for printable vendor parking and location map.

 

* Vendor unload/set-up time starts at 8:00 a.m. on event day.

 

* Vendors may not sell food or alcohoi at this event

 

* Each vendor and all parties must sign the liability waiver and turn it in to race officials prior to setting up their area.

 

* Vendor locations will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event so you know where you will be setting up your booth.  You will be given a designated number and the grassy area next to the start/finish area will have an area designated with your specific number.
